Thanumalayan Temple
Thanumalayan Temple is located in Suchindrum which is about 11 km from Kanyakumari city and takes 30 mins to reach. This is a temple dedicated to Tridev – Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh. The temple is a pure white colored building showcasing awesome architecture.
In Thanumalayan temple, we get the darshan of all the three gods namely Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh in one place. It is a unique temple where the three different deities are represented by one image in the sanctum and is called Sthanumalayan. There is a large idol of Hanuman in the temple.
The priests in the temple are very much business oriented and try hard to extract money from the devotees. Visitors need to carefully deal with these business minded people.
